He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Paynter of Pineville; his grandchildren, Skylie Miller, Adam Miller and Eliyanah Paynter; his daughter-in-law Ericka Paynter of Parkersburg; his siblings, Joyce Cook of Cleveland, TN, Kathleen Walker (James) of Kopperston and Charles Paynter (Wondy); and his sister-in-law Judy Paynter of Lynchburg, VA.
