He is survived by: his wife Gwenn; his son Christopher; his brother Roger (Jan Mayhew); his siblings-in-law, Keith, Frances Cook, Robin Lamb, Shelia, Marshall Long, Tammy, Bill Repass and Myra O'Neal; his mother-in-law Alpha E. Cook; his tailgate buddies, Larry Cooper, Terry Shumate and T. J. Cook; JoAnna.
