She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold W. Forren Sr. and Eleanor M. Blevins Forren; and her brother Arnold "Pete". She is survived by: her son William D. Donitzen; her grandson Seth Donitzen (Summer); her great grandchildren, Madeline and Lilith; and her siblings, Harold W. Forren Jr. (Kathy) of Smithville, Bobby Forren (Virginia) of Piney View, WV, Jerry Forren (Theresa) of Cross Lanes, W. V., Linda Huffman of Wilkesboro, N. C., Brenda Gordon (John) of Smithville and Gail Pittman (Rahn) of Elkhart, Ind.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
