Willoughby of Springfield, MO; his sister Missy Maples (Brent) of Billings, MO.; his grandchildren, Joseph James (Katelyn), Lillian Willoughby and Liam Carden (Montana); and his great grandchildren, Zaire and Lola Mae.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 198 Rock Ridge Rd, Pipestem, WV 25979. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Free Will Methodist Church (202 Kennedy Ave, Clever, MO 65631).
