He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bowling Webb; his children, Leah Annette Webb of Rock, WV, RaeLynn Webb Phillips (J. O.) of Pipestem and John Benjamin Webb of Morgantown, WV; his granddaughters, Joslyn Rae Phillips and Adelyn Elise Phillips; his son Kevin Hamm; his granddaughter Camryn Welch Garret; and his sister Dorothy Sue Lilly of Salem, VA.
