He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Webb and Arnie Webb; and his siblings, Harold, James, Kenneth, Arbie and Arlene.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Webb; his children, Yuvette Brown, Nisa Erwin (Glen), Billy Webb II (Angie), Brian Webb and Heather Larue (Brian); his grandchildren, JT, Jalen, Brittany, Hayden, Malachi, Maggie, Taylor, Madison, Brody of Alyssa, BJ, Brianna, Olivia and Kelsea; and his great grandchildren, Kenzleigh, Kaleigha and Iris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gatens-Harding Funeral Home (147 Main St, Poca, WV 25159). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
