Brenda Sue left this world on June 22, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Parsons and Joyce Parsons; and her brother Steven Parsons. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Thompson; her daughters, Holly McKneely (Dan) of Poca, WV and Angela Smithson (Jason) of Winfield, WV; her grandchildren, Evan, Isaac McKneely, Ava, Kate and Emily Smithson; her siblings, Lana Wheeler (Bill), Rita Lothes (Brian) and Tim Parsons (Patricia); her sister-in-law Debbie Parsons; her mother-in-law Opal Thompson; her brothers-in-law, Richard Thompson (Vonda), Larry Thompson (Jessie) and Marvin Thompson (Gale); and her pet Cooper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Poca United Methodist Church (112 Silver St, Poca, WV 25159).
