It is with sadness that the passing of Charles Taylor of Poca, West Virginia is shared. Charles, born on April 8, 1979, passed away on July 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Taylor and Nora Taylor; his grandfather-in-law Elizabeth Bell Whitacre; and his sister-in-law Shanda Kane (Nikki). He is survived by: his fiancé Jerika Emswiller; his son Jonathan Emswiller; his parents-in-law, Leslie and Bill Emswiller; his brothers, Thomas Taylor and John Taylor; his aunt Melissa Byrd; his brother-in-law Jimmy Kane; and his nieces, Kaitlyn Taylor, Madison Taylor, Megan Merritt, Dakota Kane and London Kane. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
