He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn Patrick; his children, Gregory Scott Patrick, April Dawn Webb and Shawn David Patrick; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Siders and Vickie Patrick; and his grandchildren, Desiree, Gavan, Christian Evan, Jackson, Austin, Hailey, Caleb, Haiden, Lilly, James and Julian.
