He is survived by: his brother Keith Smith (Pam) of Hurricane; his siblings-in-law, Brad Harbour (Sue) of Red House, Houston Roberts of Winfield and Patsy Smith of Hurricane; his sibling's children, Robin L. Davis of Poca and Gary Smith Jr. (Marian) of Hurricane; his great-niece Kimberly D. Smith of Poca; his grandchildren, Ralph W. Davis, Kayla Hickman (Brandon), Blain Lewis (Alex), Dakota, Sara Ashworth, Carson, Jaedyn Rider and Weston Smith; his great grandchildren, Gracin, Ellie, Amin Hickman, Noah Davis, Hudson and Parker Lewis; Nikie Rider (Matthew) of Winfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
