She was predeceased by: her father George Edward; and her son Warren Allen Lacy, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Ann Berbohm; and her daughter Chelsea Williams (Jordan). She is also survived by two sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House or to Gatens-Harding Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
