He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Martin Parr; and his parents, Nellie McCormick and Leodus McCormick. He is survived by: his son Rik Parr (Martha); his grandson Seth; his girlfriend Judi Escue; and his partner's child Brandace Kinder. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gatens-Harding Funeral Home (147 Main St, Poca, WV 25159). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
