He is survived by: his wife Renee; his children, Robert Horton (Kaitlyn) and Ashley Sisson; his grandchildren, Trinity Sisson, Charlotte Horton and Emerson Horton; and his siblings, Jerry Horton (Cynthia), Debbie Burdette (Greg), Chet Horton (Jamie), Carl Skidmore (Debbie) and Pat Skidmore (Sherry).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gatens-Harding Funeral Home (147 Main St, Poca, WV 25159).
