He was predeceased by: his father Roger Dowler Sr.; and his grandmother Faye VanSickle. He is survived by: his mother Doris Hayes; his siblings, Brittany Hively (Ryan), Roger Dowler Jr. and Jerry Lee Chapman; Haylynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
