She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Evelyn Ebert (Spurlock); and her stepfather David Charles "Pops" Ebert. She is survived by: her father Roy Lincoln Shinn of Sandyville, WV; her son Bryan Nicholas "Nicky" Taylor of Point Pleasant; her brother Joseph Shinn (Jodi) of Point Pleasant; her stepsiblings, David Ebert of Point Pleasant and Stephanie Ebert of Point Pleasant; her aunts, Betty Painter of Mason, WV and Sandy Fisher of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; and her uncle Tom. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
