Sibley of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cheesebrew and Marjorie Cheesebrew (Rainey). She is survived by: her husband Carl Sibley; her children, Penni Grubb (Mike) of Point Pleasant and Dean Sibley of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Sean Grubb, Ryan Grubb (Amber) and Kyle Grubb (Destane); her great grandchildren, McKenna, Kinley, Kylee and Myra; her sister Judy Williams of Point Pleasant; and her sibling's children, Leigh Ann Rankin-Gillispie and Tony Rankin. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to the Bellemeade United Methodist Church, 510 Burdette St., Point Pleasant, WV, 25550.
