She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lee Anthony and Arawana L. Anthony (Colley); her husband Rodger Lee Boles; and her siblings, David Lee Anthony Sr. and Martha Lynn Leach.

She is survived by : her sons, Brian D. Boles (Jennifer) of Point Pleasant and Jeremy Boles (Pepper) of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Garrett Boles, Caden Boles and Parker Boles; and her sister Linda Walters (Jackie) of Johnstown, OH..
