He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Chapman and Clara Chapman; his son Ronnie Dale Chapman; his grandson Justin Dwayne Chapman; his son-in-law Larry Reed; and his siblings, Mable, Wanda, Margie, Ray, Junior, Thurman, Orville, Lloyd, Charles, Wesley and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Augusta Chapman (Camp); his children, Dwayne Chapman and Druanne (Reed); his grandson Dwayne Clifford II; and his sister Nancy Adkins (Johnny).
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Deal Funeral Home (1401 Kanawha St, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 PM.
