He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Dock" Kinnard and Hazel Kinnard; his wife Peggy Kinnard; his son Dwight Kinnard; and his brother Ed Kinnard.
He is survived by: his daughter Lacinda Kinnard; his stepchildren, Hugh Burris (Lawrence Burris) and Valerie Burris; his grandchildren, Dwight II and Leut; his siblings, Beulah Pickens and Randy Kinnard; his extended family, Joann Hicks, Kelly Wills, Kenny Harris (Diane) and Ferrel Kinnard; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Kinnaird.
