He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frank Forshee and Maysil Barringer; his wife Patricia German Forshee; and his siblings, Doris Faye Miller, Melvin and Donald Forshee.
He is survived by: his children, Mona Smith, Tammy Martin (David), Lori Austin (Terry), David Bruce Forshee (Lesa), Marc Forshee (Rachel) and Travis Forshee. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
