She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinard Haynes and Goldie Haynes (Swinney); and her son Christopher "Chris" Smith. She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her daughter Kimberly Osborn of Point Pleasant; and her sisters, Edna Lanier, Margaret Collier (Tim) and Gay Blankenship. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
