It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Ann (Point Pleasant, West Virginia), who passed away on February 3, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cottrill and Vada Cottrill (Greenlee); her former husband David James; and her children, Dwight James (Trena) of Ravenswood and Rachel Searls (Josh) of Southside.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Peoples; her sisters, Sue Enos and Judy Rymer; her grandchildren, Joel, Caleb Searls, Jeremiah James (Emily) and Breanne James McGrew (Joe); and her sister Patricia Durst.
