Burns of Newark, OH; his stepson Steven C. Lanthorn of Circleville, OH; his grandchildren, Savannah and Mishelle; his stepgrandchildren, Evan and Tristan; his great grandchildren, Lyrical and Christian; and his siblings, Mike Burns (Jackie) of West Columbia, WV, Marvin Burns (Brenda) of Logan, OH, Ellie Mae Hoschar and Marilyn Bugg (Larry) of Gallipolis Ferry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
