He was predeceased by : his parents, William Russell Powell and Nancy Lee Powell (Marks) of New Haven, WV.; and his grandmother Louise "Gram" Powell. He is survived by : his wife Blythe R. Powell (Greer) of Point Pleasant; his daughters, Lacey Powell (Marie) of Commercial Point, OH and Katy Powell of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Layton, Axton, Staton and Sawyer; his siblings, Jane Jones and William "Beeb" Powell; his parents-in-law, Bobby and Donna Greer; his siblings-in-law, Ryann Greer (Jeremy Buskirk) and Mark Damron (Barbara); and his nieces and nephews, Josh Logan, Jason Powell, Brandon Powell, Gage Buskirk, Gatlin Buskirk, Matthew Damron, Shawnee Jones, Gavyn Buskirk and Rose Snelson. He is also survived by five great nephews and a great niece.
