Dabney (Dee Dee) of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Jesse S. Howard of Williamsburg, KY and Rachel K. Rinker (Michael) of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Susie Cassell (David) of Southside, WV and Charles R. "Charley" Dabney of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; his grandchildren, Chase Dabney (Jillian Pino), Carlee Hill (Clayton), Thomas Dabney, Cory Dabney (Shelly), Erin Dabney, Sydney Howard (Camden Hensley), Brock Howard, Jericho Howard, Israel Howard, Spencer Rinker and Liam Rinker; and his close friends, Elmer Hart, Roy Wray and Gary Kinnaird. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
