It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Allen Filkens of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Filkins and Nancy Bowermaster Filkins. He is survived by : his brothers, Bruce Filkins (Margo) of Santee, CA, Larry Filkins (Rita Massie) of Leon, WV and Randy Filkins (Tonya) of Racine, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
