He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Palmer and Mildred Irene (Mullins); and his brothers, Julian S. Palmer and Steven E. Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Palmer (Amanda) of Bidwell, Destiny Palmer of Dayton, Joshua Palmer (Kayla) of Portsmouth, Dillon Palmer of Springfield, Nick Palmer of Gallipolis and Monica Palmer of Youngstown; his siblings, Tamara L. Palmer of Gallipolis and Phillip Palmer of Columbus; and his stepfather Walter Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
