He is survived by: his wife DeeDee Rodgers; his children, JD Durst (Maggie) and Caitlyn Durst; his sister Betty Smith; his nephew Denny Smith; his mother-in-law Phyllis Sword; and his friend David Byus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
