He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Litchfield and Rilla Litchfield; his son Alan Litchfield; and his siblings, Marguerite Neal, William Litchfield, Owen Litchfield, Ruby Bennett, Clifford Litchfield, Reba Burdette and Dorothy Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pierce Litchfield of Point Pleasant; his daughter Belinda Vance (Jerill) of Culloden, WV; his daughter-in-law Suzy Litchfield of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Beth Lowe (Colt) of Point Pleasant, Jeremy Vance of Lexington, KY and Ryan Vance (Danielle) of Huntington, WV.; and his great grandchildren, Harrison of Huntington, WV and Nolan Vance of Huntington, WV.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilcoxen Funeral Home (2226 Jackson Ave, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Kirkland Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Huntington or the Mason County Animal Shelter.
