It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Owens Ray Stover of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Mason, West Virginia, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father William "Bill" Stover; his son Eugene Stover; and his siblings, Gatha Stover, Maryann Malezewski, Hester George and Johnny Stover.

He is survived by : his child Surving; and his siblings, Ronnie Lamm, Wilma Rollins, Perry, Carlton, Ray and Joseph.
