He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Lewis; his children, Adam Lewis and Amy Hesson (Heath); his grandchildren, Andrew Lewis (Amanda), Makennah Gray (Shelby), Aubrey Lewis, Ashlea Woomer (Nate Hadsell) and Katey Woomer; his great grandchildren, Jace, Addysen, Karsyn, Jesse, Bella, Gunner, Eli, Hudson, Story and Ivy; his siblings, Maxie Lewis (Geraldine), Doris Johnson and Betty Hudson; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Sturgeon and Debi Cottrill (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
