He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Waugh and Opal Waugh (Thacker); and his siblings, John Waugh, Delbert Waugh (Kathy) and Sheila Shrock (Carla Waugh).
He is survived by: his wife Sadie Waugh; his children, Joseph Waugh (Jamie Waugh), Christina Waugh and Michelle Waugh; his grandchildren, Austin Smith (Haylee), Alex Waugh, Mason Waugh, Joshua Waugh, Jasmine Waugh and Makayle Litchfield; his great grandchild Jager Smith; and his siblings, Connie Chapman (Roy) and Jimmy Waugh (Jeannie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
