He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anderson and Elsie Wright (Hawthorne); his wife Beaulah E. Wright (Mayes); and his siblings, Dorcie, Denver, Wayne, Roger Dale, Dallas Wright, Margie Bond, Dorothy Mayse and Janet Wright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Carletta Blake and Debbie Ann Morrison; his grandchildren, Lisa Dawn Whitt, Ronnie Ray Morrison, Carletta Kay Williams and Steven Matthew Morrison (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Mason Allen (Vy), Aubrey and Alexander Williams; and his sister Mary Dayonez McGowan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
