She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Gladys "Sis" Deal Watterson and Homer E. Watterson; her husband Jerry L. Rainey; her in-laws, Everett and Emogene Rainey; her brother Ernest Milton "Moose" Watterson; and her nephew Aaron Watterson.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Sanders (Chuck) of Point Pleasant; her siblings, Bulah Rogers of Point Pleasant and Everett Elton "Elt" Watterson; her sister-in-law Jenny McFarland of Vinton, Ohio; her nephew Rusty Rogers of Point Pleasant; her niece Heather Hiestand of Myrtle Beach; her close friend Wanda Blake Bush; her friends, Maxine, Karen, Gloria, Pam and Sandy; and her pet Speedy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Deal Funeral Home (1401 Kanawha St, Point Pleasant, WV 25550). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Lewis Cemetery.
