She is survived by : her parents, Richard Curtis and Robin Jones Smith of Huntington; her sisters, Nora Ball (Dennis) of Kenova, WV and Melissa Jeffers (Brent Jarvis) of Cincinnati, OH; her nieces, Skylar Ball, Kodi Ball, Courtney Polan and Katy Allmon; her nephew Charlie Jarvis; and her uncle Danny Smith of Dallas, TX..
