We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2023, at the age of 77, Sheila Ann Elkins of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, born in Mason, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert William Greer and Mildred Isabelle Greer (Powell); her husband Stanley E. Elkins; her daughter Melissa; and her brothers, Toby Greer and Paul "Dwight" Greer.

She is survived by : her siblings, Robert W. "Bobby" (Donna Greer) of Point Pleasant, David "Dwain" Greer of Point Pleasant, Carla Jane (J. O. Miller) of Gallipolis, OH and Miriam "Sug" Greer of Point Pleasant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
