She is survived by: her husband Wendell Lee Smith of Farmersburg, Indiana.; her children, Wendell Lee Smith II (Christine) of Point Pleasant, WV, George Emory Smith (Annette) of Morgantown, WV and Julie Ann Smith-Hay of Letart, WV; and her grandchildren, Tristen Hay (Joy), Daniel Despres, Ashley Smith, Matthew Smith, Teagan Hamilton, George Smith Jr., Christopher Smith, Madison Smith-Holmes, Torianna Smith, Jordan Smith and Bentlee Smith.
