She is survived by: her husband Bob Cook of Point Pleasant; her son Jeffrey Carl; her daughter-in-law Sarah Cook of Point Pleasant; her daughter Courtney; her son-in-law Christian Fernandez of California, Maryland; her grandchildren, Mari Williams, Bizzy Fernandez and Isaac Fain; and her brother Robert See Jr..
