She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Edwin See and Dorothy Marie See Spurlock (Meadows); and her stepfather Richard Spurlock. She is survived by : her husband Bob Cook of Point Pleasant; her son Jeffrey Carl; her daughter-in-law Sarah Cook of Point Pleasant; her daughter Courtney; her son-in-law Christian Fernandez of California, Maryland; her grandchildren, Mari Williams, Bizzy Fernandez and Isaac Fain; and her brother Robert See Jr..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the Mason County Animal Shelter, c/o Mason County Commission, 200 6th Street, Point Pleasant, WV 25550.
