He was predeceased by: his parents, Otterbein Bumgarner and Anna Bumgarner (Roush); his sons, Norris Bumgarner and Zack Harris (Katrinka); his granddaughter Jordan Miller; his son-in-law Jimmy Chastain; and his siblings, Edward Bumgarner, Vera Pickens and Paul Bumgarner.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Bumgarner; his children, Barbara Chastain (Jimmy), Roger Bumgarner, Lori Miller (Steve) and Brad Bumgarner (Ana); his grandchildren, Matt Miller, Luke Harris (Jill), Travis Harris (Tiffany), Taylor Hill (Adam), Emma Bumgarner, Kaitlin Bumgarner and Tommy Bumgarner; his great grandchildren, Zandria McComas, Meghan Jordan, Mason Jordan, Preston Cook, Wyatt Harris, Nate Harris, Raegan Harris, Adelynn Miller, Davis Hill and Finley Hill; and his brother Gerald Bumgarner.
