He is survived by: his sister Clara Sayre (Opal Hughes) of Point Pleasant; his nephew Jackie Simpkins (Debbie) of Point Pleasant; his great-niece Missy Rapp (Bart) of Bidwell, OH; and his great-nephew JP Simpkins (Kaitlyn) of Gallipolis, OH. He is also survived by family members and friends.
