We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2023, at the age of 90, William Duncan of Point Pleasant, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Duncan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey E. Duncan and Maggie R. Duncan (Bateman); his wife Norma L. Duncan; and his siblings, Randall, Kenneth Duncan, Mildred Bragg and Alta Duncan.

He is survived by : his stepson Joseph Dressler Jr. of Point Pleasant; his brother Mike (Holley Duncan); and his sister-in-law Lois Duncan of Apple Grove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
