It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Joseph Marshall Jr. of Points, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Marshall and Mary Marshall; and his sister Anne Marshall. He is survived by : his children, Joseph Marshall of Points, WV., Kimberly Staup of Points, WV. and Shari Michael (Foster) of Points, WV.; and his grandchildren, Kasey Cockburn, Ashley Heavner (Roland), Gina Steinly, Joey Marshall and Carissa Marshall. He is also survived by his wife, three children.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
