He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hall and Thelma Hall; and his siblings, Johnny Hall and Jeannie Parsons. He is survived by: his sons, Micah Neff and Nicholas Hall; his fiancée Laura Bond; his stepdaughter Ashley Bond; his granddaughter Ava; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Hall, Todd Hall, Ricky Parsons, Johnnie Trail and Erica Smith.
