She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Holstein and Mary Holstein; and her siblings, Elborn "Bob", Hobert, Melvin, Walter Holstein, Marceline Dye, HelenLyons and Launa Holstein.
She is survived by: her husband William D. Foster; her sons, Steve Perry (Marilyn) of Summersville, WV and Todd Foster (Patricia) of Henrico, VA.; her grandchildren, Justin Perry (Rebecca), Andrea Pennington (John), Brittany and Lane Foster; her great grandchildren, Kyndall Perry, Nolan, Levi and Ava Pennington; James Dempsey (Patty).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Dell Funeral Home (1301 Fayette Pike W, Montgomery, WV 25136). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
