He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Pennington and Ruby Pennington (Stone); and his wife Sharon.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pennington Smith Funeral Home (331 Main St, Gauley Bridge, WV 25085).
