It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Lee Cline of Premier, West Virginia, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks J. Cline and Gladys Cline (Blankenship); his wife Lisa M. Cline (Justice); and his siblings, James B. Cline, Evelyn L. White, Charles L. Cline, Ronald D. Cline, Earl W. Cline and Gail Cline.
He is survived by: his son Heath B. Cline (Dorothy Addair); his sister Ann C. Lockhart; his girlfriend Martha Gray; and his nieces and nephews, Heather, Sandy, Cindy, Kandi, Keith, Butch, Chuck, Steven and Jordan. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
