He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Norman and Pearl Maynard Thompson; and his sisters, Deborah and Cathy Thompson. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Brian "Stan" Gullett of Minnesota and Stephanie Ann Gullett of Ohio; his nephews, Billy John Stewart and Robert Lee Doss; and his niece Carrie Porterfield. He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins and other family members and friends.
