He is survived by: his children, Ashley Maloney, Charles Crockett, Jr., Johnny Crockett (Amy) and Timothy Reed; and his siblings, Loretta Canup (Mark), Rhonda Copley, Terry Smith (Teresa) and Wilburn Lee Smith (Patty). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of additional family and friends.
