He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Spaulding; his children, Sherri Lynn Kirk of Prichard, WV and Earsten Hayes Spaulding (Kimberly) of Prichard, WV; his grandchildren, Karen Lynn Johnson, Craig David Spaulding, Andrew Hayes Spaulding and Sarah Elizabeth Kirk; his great grandchild Porter Wade Johnson; and his sisters, Fannie Belle Muncy of Chapmanville, WV and Patricia Shrader of Maryland.
