Though Violet may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Smith and Mary Osborne Smith; her husband Willard Ewing; her siblings, Leroy Smith Verna Ewing, Jimmy Smith, Janie Flint, Dale Smith and Andy Smith; and her sister-in-law Betty Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Ewing (Rhonda) of Stanaford and Curtis Ewing of Prince; and her sister Nila Pierro of Florida. She is also survived by Five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
